Our policies are kept firm and consistent to ensure that appointments run smoothly, services remain high quality, and every client’s time is respected.   • A valid card is required to book and must remain on file.

    A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling made with less than a 48-hour notice will result in a deposit to reschedule.

    No-shows or failure to provide proper notice will result in the full-service amount being charged to the card on file.

    • You may reschedule up to 3 times. After 3 reschedules, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to book again. The deposit goes toward your service total..

    • We have a strict 5-minute late policy. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the full-service amount.

    Right to Refuse Service:

    Lanae Beauty LLC reserves the right to refuse service if it is unsafe or inappropriate to proceed. This includes undisclosed medical or skin conditions, previously done permanent makeup not disclosed prior to booking, visible skin concerns that affect results, or signs of impairment or inebriation.
